RETURNS
Can I Return My Product?
At Courtband, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team via email at support@courtband.com and include your order number.
Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Products must not show any signs of use or damage.

We generally do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund for your purchase amount. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Returns of Sale Items:
Sale items that have already been shipped or received are subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned within the 14-day window. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
Please note: The restocking fee will only be waived if the item arrives damaged or defective. Returns made for personal preference or other non-defective reasons are subject to the 30% fee. In some cases, we may provide a shipping label depending on your location, but in most cases, you’ll be responsible for sending the return to the address provided via email.
Free Shipping Returns:
If your order included free shipping, this means we covered that cost for you. However, if you decide to return your item under our return policy, your refund will be issued minus the actual shipping cost incurred on our end.
Example: If your order total was $100 and shipping cost us $10, your refund would be $90.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed on Courtband, it is immediately processed in our system. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance once they have been submitted — even if they have not yet shipped.
Please ensure all information (product, color, quantity, and shipping address) is correct before completing your purchase.
All purchases are considered final once an order number is generated.
Attempting to use the return process to “cancel” an order that was placed will not be approved and may be treated as a fraudulent claim under our policy. Only legitimate returns that meet all return conditions are eligible.
Defective on Arrival Policy (DOA)
We understand that our products are an investment, and we take every precaution to ensure they are in perfect working condition before leaving our facility. Each item is carefully inspected to verify that all parts are included and functioning properly.
If your product arrives defective, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement under the following conditions:

The product must be returned in the same condition it was received — unmodified, unopened, and untouched internally.

If only the packaging was damaged during shipping, that’s unfortunately outside our control. However, if the product itself sustained significant damage that affects functionality, we’ll provide a free replacement unit once you provide clear proof of the damage.

You’re responsible for returning the damaged item to us. A replacement will be shipped out once the return is confirmed and tracking information is updated on our end.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we’ll handle your situation with fairness and care.
Courtband reserves the right to decline refunds or claims if there’s reasonable evidence that a request is fraudulent or falls outside the terms of this policy.
